RLA Universal Primer is a water-based levelling compound used over substrates, porous and non-porous, including painted water-based surfaces, ceramic tiles, polished or sealed concrete floors.
Universal Primer is available in a 5L bucket. Coverage is approximately 5m2 – 10m2 per litre.
RLA Universal Primer is quick-drying and low VOC acrylic primer. It is suitable for levelling compounds and cement-based ceramic tile adhesives. It is ideal for use over existing tiles, old paint, vinyl adhesive, vinyl tiles, carpet adhesive residue, and metal surfaces.
